I have interests in 19 and 20 of 3N-6W and sections 3,9,10, and 21 of 3N-8W. Has anyone sold in these areas recently, I have been approached about selling and I am curious what kind of offers would be considered reasonable. Ordinarily, I do not sell much but I have another play I am interested in investing in and would like to cash out of some of these for that purpose.
