For Pam Mineralowner re: 9/17/12 comment: “…the best lease offer is $350 NMA with 3/16 royalty.”

I’ve got minerals in Section 32, Township 15N, Range 1W, and have been offered $100 NMA with 3/16 royalty. Could you please tell me: (1) Who your offer is from, and (2) What the primary lease term is?

I was offered $250 lease bonus with a 3 year term and 3/16th royalty. I have minerals also in Section 32 Township 15 N and Range 1 East. My offer is from Jackfor Land on behalf of Sundance Energy, Inc. Who was your offer from? This came in via email September 26th.

Mine was from an attorney on behalf of Petra Energy, LLC (which is not an operating company, simply a way to gather minerals).

After just finding out I had 82ac. mineral rights in Jacksboro,I was offered $100.00 and 3/16

this really seemed low.
