340 acres in Zavala County Texas, near the Cometa area on in the Eagle Ford Oil and Gas

I understand the Zavala County courthouse is busy with oil men searching deeds and contacting land owners. We have been contacted about our 340 on Ranch Road 2691 west of Crystal City and on the Dimmit County line.

I have heard I should expect no less than $1000 to $1250 per acre. Is this the going rate or should I hold out?

I would suggest you hire a good lawyer in Crystal City. Mr. Taylor is honest and knows the ropes. I am not from Crystal City but know of what I speak. Just found this looking at stuff about Crystal City and oil.
