Thanks Ms. Barnes. I have a lease with EOG for 32-9N-4W from 2019, which should expire this year. Also own section 33, so thought I’d check.
Camino had a pooling in 30 in 2021 with well in 30&19. Time will tell if they move your direction.
Your lease in 32 is not going to expire as you have a well called the Wilson 0532 1H which has perforations in 32. Drilled in 2018. If you are not getting paid, then contact EOG.

Thanks. I have a very small fraction divided by family members. Just received a check from EOG early December for March through October 2021.I received a Legal Notice about a Class Action Lawsuit “White Family Minerals, LLC v. EOG Resources Inc.”. A court decision was scheduled for November 10, 2021. Looks like they are catching up with payments based on the timing!
Be sure and send a demand letter for interest as they were very late in paying. Like over a year! 12%! Send certified, return receipt. Give your owner number in the letter.
