My wife and her sister inherited 320 acres, 1/2 of Section 31, Block 55, in Culberson County. We live north of Dallas and are not familiar with the oil and gas activity in that area. Is there any activity nearby or what is the closest activity? Thank you in advance for the information.
Mike, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I see no production or activity for miles around Section 31. All I see are cancelled locations, dry holes, and where core tests have been performed. Several miles to the East I see some production.
