Any news on the going rates for SE4 section 32 9 N range 6 west?
What state and you need the East or West on the 6. Better to post in the state and county instead of this general area that covers the whole country.
I am interested in Oklahoma, Grady County-the going rate for 3/16 mineral rights in SE/4, Section 32, 9N, Range 6 west I have had offers, but am not sure what is a good one. Thanks
I am assuming you are asking about sales offers?
I have heard of $11,000/ac for 3/16ths in a section contiguous to yours. I wouldn’t necessarily say that is a good offer.
You are getting offers because there is a horizontal well planned for section 32 & 29. However, there are also increased density cases for about 20 out of the 36 sections (so far) in that township, so the future of additional wells on your section is quite high (hence the offer to buy-hoping you do not know that). Anyone making an offer knows that they will make a profit on you. Would you rather have it? If there is a real need to sell, there are better ways to do it than mailings.
