I have received offers for my 5 acres of minerals in this section.

1 acre is producing and under an old OGL of 1/8th.

The other four are under a current lease with Echo Energy (since conveyed 90% to Continental) for a 1/5th. The offers keep going up. Does anyone know of any planned drilling in the section?

I have received several offers. Leased until November 2020 for the Echo four acres.

Latest offer is $8,750 an acre for all five acres.

You should be getting all of the mailings from the OCC from Echo. (I think they flipped to CLR). Horizontal drilling is planned (hence your offers).
