3 sections to your east, the best I have heard is $2,000/acre with 3/16th royalty interest (Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 6 West). Same for Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 6 West.
Jimmy - For what it’s worth, it has just now been one year since some family members were offered $1,000/acre to buy their minerals in Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 6 West. That section is HBP, but Vitruvian has recently taken over operation of the well. Vitruvian is about to drill 2 wells into Section 23 from Section 14. Section 23 touches the NE corner of Section 27.
