i am receiving some small production on wells on the above property. I recently received a letter from Fortis Minerals wanting to purchase my interest for $6860 an acre. Does anyone know if there are plans to drill more wells on this section? Thanks for any information you might have.

It would easily lease for $6000.00/acre and 1/4. It is an active drilling area.
This is Grady County Oklahoma. The land already has wells on it, so I don’t think I would get any offers of leases.
