My wife and I received a second division order on Friday of last week. The royalty percentage is 1/2 of the first well. This is a different property name. Is it common to have the percentage go down on the next well? Newbies at this obviously so any info would be appreciated.

You need to read your lease closely as to the % royalty. Was this well drilled on a seperate spacing unit as it sounds like that might be the case?
