Three members in our family share mineral rights in 60 acres at 1/8 royalty. Since my original posting we have received numerous offers from 5-6 companies. The latest offer was for $8,450 (3/16) which equates to $5,633per acre @ 1/8.
This offer seems low compared to some that I have seen on this forum. Does this seem like a reasonable offer considering where our mineral rights are located?
