I was contacted by a Landman representing Tapstone. They are offering two options: $350 per NMA, 3/16, 3 yrs + 2 yr option to extend.
$450 per NMA, 1/8, 3 yrs + 2 yr option to extend.
Should I ask for more or should I take the $450 because “a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush”?
