We’ve received a lease bonus offer of $2000 for Sections 25, 35, 36 of Block 76. Wondering what bonuses other folks are getting in Loving County in the last couple of months.
This is on par to the lease I signed out there two years ago.
FYI, we’ve just sat with this to see how things play out, and the lease offer is now up to $4000, 1/4 royalty, two-year option @$4500. Two companies are trying to get the acreage.
