I own 2.5 mineral acres in Angelina County and was contacted today by Blackstone to buy my mineral acres for $22,000. Is this a good price? Any and all info appreciated.

It is outside Huntington, close to Lake Sam Rayburn on the north end. One company has already leased the minerals but this landman understands that and is still offering.

I don’t think I would sell unless you absolutely need the money. If they are offering 22,000 knowing someone has already leased the mineral rights, he knows or at least thinks he knows something. How much were you able to secure in the lease? Bonus amount and royalty %?
