Have not heard of them, are they trying to lease or buy? Where are you located that they are reaching out to you?

Can you share the terms they offered? Are you already leased? Different royalty rates etc can caused large differences in offers.
$1,500 per acre for 3.65 acres to purchase, not lease.
My info of $1,500 per acre should have read $2,500 per acre.
You should be able to lease for $2500.00/acre.
