I need some information if any of you have some to share. I received an offer of $4,000 per acre for my mineral interest in this area and a couple of others. Considering the last check I received for this and another area came in at $206 this month something doesn't compute. Is there something going on in that Township that hasn't been made public yet or is this a fair offer that I should consider? Thank you for any input you can give me.
You want to make sure you would get paid. Some contract can force you to sell but allow them away out of buying if well won't produce more than they offer.
