No experience with Annastin Energy, but I was able to lease part of Sec 33-17n-16w at $1200/nma, 3/16 for a three year term with Jerry Gamble at Jackfork Land, Inc. back in October 2016. But sometimes it depends on a variety of issues. Just Google his name along with Jackfork Land Inc. He was very responsive and helpful.
