How many net mineral acres do you own?

I don’t see any recent leases, but that doesn’t mean much. All I see is some mineral deed transfers.

Someone can look up Corp Comm records on here for you, I think, and tell you if there is any production.

Thanks guys, I’m not sure how much I own. My father passed away a few years ago, and we recently found the paperwork he had on the land. We know years ago he used to get monies from this back in the 80’s, but I think he said they capped them off or something. We found paperwork from 2000 where a court contacted him about granting relief to a company called Brittany Energy LLC. If I read this correctly, we are in rights to a 160-acre section, with 40 acres being ours. It was going to grant them one well in the 10-acre area. Believe me, I have no idea what any of this means, but like I said I know my father got monies from this a long time ago, and we’re just trying to find out if it’s producing again. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I don’t see any production from that section. There is some (weak) current production in adjacent Section 9. There was some last year in Section 7 that stopped in April. The only well I can find in 17 is a dry hole from the 50’s.

Thanks, My father’s full name was Kenneth George Earp, we are also related to the McCafee’s in that area too. My grandmother was Elizabeth Francis McCafee. They were from that area. Thanks so much for the help. F.Y.I, we are related to the real Wyatt Earp, third cousin to the original.

Can you shoot me a scan of the Corporation Commission document you got? I could probably help you understand it if I could see it.
