Looking for info on any activity in this area, looking to seel or lease rights and land I have in this area, Thank you. 17-5N-3E
How many net mineral acres do you own?
I don't see any recent leases, but that doesn't mean much. All I see is some mineral deed transfers.
Someone can look up Corp Comm records on here for you, I think and tell you if there is any production.
Thanks guys, Im not sure how much I own, My father passed away a few years ago, and we recently found the paper work he had on the land, we know years ago he used to get monies from this back in the 80"s, but I think he said they capped them off or something. We foun paperwork from 2000 where a court contacted hit about granting relief to a company called Brittany Energy LLC. If I read this correctly, we are in rights to a 160 arce section, with 40 acres being ours. It was goin to grant them one well in the 10 acre area. Believe me im have no idea what any of this means, but Like i said I know mt father got monies from this along time ago, and were just trying to find out if its produceing again. Thank to anyone who can help.
I don't see any production from that section. There is some (weak) current production in adjacent sections 9. There was some last year in section 7 that stopped in April. The only well I can find in 17 is a dry hole from the 50's
What is your father's full name? I will try and do a little research.
What are the Copr. Comm records?
