Does anyone see activity here? I’ve mailed my affidavit/heirship per request to XTO and am wondering what’s up now?
XTO has applications in place at the OCC with a hearing scheduled for today. If approved, there should be orders issued in the next 30 days. Depending on XTO’s drilling schedule, a permit should be requested/issued in the next 1-6 months after the orders.
