I recently received an offer to purchase for $14,5000 per nma from Perpetual Production. Does anyone know if this is a good offer? I only have 2.5 nma. Any input appreciated as I am new to this.
Want is the section township and range of your minerals? And what is your royalty , 1/8, 3/16, or 1/5 ?

You should be getting royalty from Continental for a couple of wells, the Kenneth #1-17 and Ike #1-17-20.
The offer depends on the royalty that your minerals are subject to. I own minerals in this section so if
