I signed lease last year, have heard nothing- anybody know whats going on near this area ???

Looking at the map, it appears that the acitive wells are located in T161;R81;Sections 19, 30, 29; Denbury Onshore LLC is the operator; no new permits noticed in the area; it appears that this area is not currently for developement other than the Denbury Onshore wells.
