Does anyone have a idea on lease bonus in this section.? We have a lease that is expiring and trying to get a idea of bonuses paid recently.
We are just south east of you at 14N-16W. Have a few expiring this month. Our last lease was in that area for 1,200 an acre (Aug 2017).

Our lease expires this coming winter but it has the option of a two year extension for the same $800 an acre we got when we signed.
