Does anyone have an idea on lease bonus in this Section? We have a lease that is expiring and trying to get an idea of bonuses paid recently.
We are just southeast of you at 14N-16W. Have a few expiring this month. Our last lease was in that area for $1,200 an acre (Aug 2017).
Dono, has your lease expired? If so, have you had any offers to lease it?
Our lease expires this coming winter but it has the option of a two-year extension for the same $800 an acre we got when we signed.
