I have been offered $1,200 for a 3/16th and $750 for a 1/5th. The company is RedSky Land LLC, on behalf of Continental Resources. My instinct is to wait for the pooling mainly because I do not want to sign a lease with options. I own a small fractional interest so the money is not that important to me as the lease terms. Curious as to what other offers are in play.
