We have four producing wells on our two sections in McKenzie county. How can we tell if this is part of a 1280 or larger spacing and we're wondering how this will affect our royalties? Any information would be appreciated.
Mr. Moses, I don't see any case numbers or notations on or near your minerals so you are probably still on 1280 spacing. The wells you have now will stay 1280 spacing if you are included in a 2560 acre or larger spacing later on. I hope this helps.
RW,
Thanks. Stat Oil has a new system and they're telling us we probably wont see the DO until Thanksgiving. Just curious as to how our royalties will be calculated. We still have no clue as to what kind of money to expect from this property.
As I think you and others have mentioned; it looks very good but what is very good?
