Dorado E & P Partners, LLC recently applied for pooling in this section. I have some acreage, but have not leased. What have others leased for in this section? Any help would be much appreciated!
Dorado has generally offered $500 and 3/16 in this general area, but I haven’t heard of any other offers.

We have seen $750-850 per acre at 3/16ths be commonplace for this Township with a few different operators. Call a few local attorneys. While they do charge for their time, they always know the best place or group to lease your minerals for the best terms (Royalty & Bonus). Most of the time you will get a much better lease when you lease to a third party that will take a non-op position and participate alongside the operator.
We’ve received an offer from Nassau Resources LLC for $600/ac, 3/16 for 3 years or $100/ac, 1/4, 3 years.

Dorado is using R. K. Pinson & Associates located in Edmond, OK to negotiate their leases, at least that is the company that I have been in contact with. A contact is Chuck Cheek ccheek@rkpinson.com. His number is 405.802.2318
