I own a 100% of a 10 acre lot in Atascosa County Texas. I have all of a sudden received numerous offers to buy my property. They even have dollar amounts attached. Is this a good sign? My oil company EOG say they are getting ready to drill by the end of this month. I am just wondering what is happening. Should I NOT sell? What are the risks ? HELP !!!! LOL..
I don't know what is happening in that county, but when you start getting offers or in general you never want to sell your minerals
I agree with Harry. All total we received close to 40 letters wanting to by our minerals in Atascosa County and wouldn’t sell. Now there are 10 wells permitted. Six have been drilled but not fracked yet. Just think if we had sold out… When there is an interest of buying, you can be assured they know something you don’t.
