Completion Reports
Folks, your comments are great reading⦠but understanding it all is like algebra in the 8th grade. Below is what I have inherited in Yoakum County. Can anyone tell me if someone is drilling on this property, or nearby with a big straw?
Also, do mineral rights mean all minerals, or just as stated in our deed āmineral interestā?
All sections of No. 480 in Block D, Certificate No. 413, John H. Gibson Survey in Yoakum County, State of Texas.
It is the intention of this deed to convey an undivided Ten (10) acres mineral interest in the above described land.
Last, I promise. If you get paid for these rights, can the money down the road be worth the wait, if they find oil or gas? If nothing is found, do the leases expire? Other similar leases in Gaines and Terry counties.
