One last comment… Wise County is in the “Core” of the Barnett Shale area… which means it should pay a lot more than anywhere else. Then why did they pay so little? Greed, is all I can think of. How do I know there isn’t 2 lines running off the well? One metered for the mineral rights owner and the other not metered for them. Also, why are they reserving 20 acres for the well? Oh well enough whining for now.
