My sister and I own a percentage of land and mineral rights for Sec 51, Blk 34. We received an offer from Point Energy in April of $1750 per NMA, 1/4, 5 year term. Once we retained an atty., we did not hear back; however, it was our general impression that the terms offered were not that favorable.
