I followed the directions under GET STARTED for sending a PM, but I get a message saying “You cannot send a message to that user.” Any suggestions?
I tried to send a reply to you, but it has been held up from being sent for 23 hours “waiting approval.” I have read the TERMS OF SERVICE and find no violation. What is going on with that?
