I followed the directions under GET STARTED for sending a PM, but I get a message saying " You can not send a message to that user". Any suggestions?
i tried to send a reply to you, but it has been held up from being sent for 23h “waiting approval”. I have read the TERMS OF SERVICE and find no violation. What is going on with that?
