William, I had not thought about it in that way, but I guess that's what I'm asking. I figure someone or the state will try to get it so why not me. Now the question of, if he deserves it, is another question. I don't know how the law looks at "does he deserve it"? Your statement made me think. I just hate to see the state get these unclaimed interest. That is not good, that money needs to be in circulation ! I will sure circulate it ..lol Shirley
Shirley, a land owner recently went after my minerals and then claimed they were not trying to get mine, only the parties who did not respond. The costs was high, both for them and for me. While denfending my minerals, i found the following
Hosea chapter 5 verse 10: “The leaders of Judah are like those who steal other people’s land. I will pour out my punishment over them like a flood of water.”
As to your desire to keep money flowing freely, benefiting all, I feel pretty confident that the state will continue to spend money and even if the state remains fiscally prudent it its expenditures, our comrades at the federal level will continue to tell us and show us through words and deeds the need to provide stimulous that works, just a little more spending, a little higher taxes, better health cares for all, free braces for the needy and free cell phone of course if income is low, etc... and certainly upgrades to roads, bridges, and airports. Are we at $5 tillion of stimulous that has saved us from going over the cliff?
Shirley, I am going to send you a friend request so that I can send you an email with more information than I can post here.
best to all,
Doug
