I have 101 acres, A 361, A 362. Nothing is in this yet or was not last year. I own one-eighth of mineral rights. I have an offer to sell. I just don’t want to short myself. I inherited from my mother years ago. Any idea on undrilled land? It is surrounded by oil and gas wells.
