My advice is slow down and proceed with caution. Buyers usually make offers in areas that they think will give them a profit down the line. They may also start low on an offer to see who will bite. Do you want that profit instead? Do you need to sell all or part or none? D you know exactly what you own? Do you have any outstanding funds in the Texas treasury? Do you know what activity is about to happen in your area?
