That seems to be 3 separate descriptions for Sec 13.
SW/4 of the NW/4 is 40 acres.
N/2 of the SW/4 is 80 acres
SW/4 of the SW/4 is 40 acres.
So, there is a total of 160 acres.

I am assuming you are talking about Roger Mills County in Oklahoma. That description is for gross acreage. You will probably not have all of it. (Since another person on the forum has also been asking about it.). You have a new horizontal well called the Ruben Rivers 24/13 PA 1H. Use the magnifying glass to search for Ruben Rivers to see the other comments.
It is on the far east side of Roger Mills County near the border with Custer County.
