I live in Georgia and signed a General Warranty Deed to a company in Mannington District, Marion County West Virginia. We sold the the surface mineral rights (78.21 acres) on August 17, 2023. They transferred into their company name on August 28, 2023 and the contract states they must send a check within 30 days of the final notary date of the General Warranty Deed. NO CHECK and they will not answer my phone calls. Can anyone recommend a good litigation attorney? Or, can I get it transferred back in our name?
