Is it appropriate to post a sale in this forum with the intention of looking for buyers?

According to the rules covered in the FAQ section: ”NO. Offering to Buy or Sell mineral interests within the forum is not allowed and is a direct violation of the User Policy.”
If selling mineral rights it more advisable to contact the leasee, or a broker, or the original landman company that obtained the lease then transferred it? Appreciate any and all pointers!
