Sure, if the offer is $5,500 per NMA, it’s an okay offer. If it’s $5,500 per NRA, it’s a really good offer. If it’s $5,500 total, it’s a bad offer. I don’t know which it is.

Yes, those are approximately two mile drills on the two section lines. The one you are looking at in section 34/3 has a surface pad on the far northern edge of 3.
Depends upon the area, but mostly new pads for the new horizontals. Right now, the operators are drilling to hold acreage, so many of the pads have one well going north and another going south. The pads are capable of drilling more wells at a later date.
Portions of 14N-21W already have permits or have already drilled. Two rigs are currently drilling in the township.
