We have mineral rights in 157 97 17 and have been receiving royalties for some time (not much) now all of sudden someone wants to buy them. Do they know something we don’t? They’ve offered $3,000 per acre. Any help in directing us on who to talk too and/or get some guidance. I read an earlier post that someone was offered $6,750 per acre a little to the south of ours?

I don’t think they know anymore than anyone else other than looking for one well units in Williams Cty. I believe the reason that the individual got $6750 above is that some of the acreage had permits.
