Does anyone know if the above section is of importance. The Agent is extremely assertive for signatures to start leasing / drilling. Then there is an “application for emergency” hearing on the 15th of May, 2015 and then a “notice of hearing” for that section and appears to be “forced pooling” with many parties involved. The applicant is APACHE CORP. Has anyone dealt with them? Thanks
