I would think that it is highly likely that they will need to do cleanup pooling for zones that were not covered by other poolings or leases that had depth clauses.
If you have a good attorney with a rock solid lease for 1/4, I would go with that. If you do not, then I cannot guarantee that they will pool.
I see leases in sec 13 for 22.5% and 25%, so I suspect you can get a higher royalty than 1/5th.
