Yes, and I am currently waiting for a response on this. This post just reminded me of this scenario. I just have a feeling that the answer I receive back is not going to be what I hope, and I will be forced to go the legal route to recover this.

Also go to Mycash.Utah.gov and search under your client’s name in the event any royalties were sent to suspense by oil company.
