Royalty Interest Chaparral 110 MIPA Unit

I own an interest in the Chaparral 110 MIPA Unit in Midland County. Which I believe consists of portions of Sections 15, 22 & 27, Block 39, T1S (A-36, A-1304 & A-42).

I signed a lease a while back and have been receiving royalties from Permian Deep Rock for the H110UH.

I was informed that there were five additional wells that were supposed to be drilled at the beginning of this year:

#H110LS (API No. 329-47234); #H110WB (API No. 329-47233); #H110SS (API No. 329-47237); #H115WA (API No. 329-47241);#H12ONW (API No. 329-47242)

The RRC doesn’t list these wells as ever been completed - could anyone offer some insight on these wells? Are they possibly DUC’s?

I haven’t received any new division orders or seen any revenue from the new wells.

Any info will be appreciated.

First four listed as DUCs. Were spud between March and May. Last one not spud yet.

A back door way to watch them is through Fracfocus.org. Use the advanced search option to watch for their frac jobs to be posted. That will give you a clue to then watch the RRC (months later). They will probably frack them in a batch since it saves money to only send the crew out once.
