Roger Mills County, OK Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Kershaw the well in 5-13n-23w is doing 8950 BO a month and 33,34,35-14n-23w tested over 350 BOD.

It cost $6,386,000 to drill well the in 5 . It looks like the well will pay that in less then 10 months. That is a little better return then at the bank.

Thanks to everyone who posts info; really helpful. Need recommendation for a simple appraisal for estate or how to value:

3 sections of Roger Mills, 28 acres with older well, 10 acres with new well, and 10 acres with 3 wells either shut-in or non-producing.

Thanks for your assistance. And, stay safe -- a tough time in OK this week

carolyn I called the Okla. tax comm and they put me it touch with someone that gave me a value for non- producing by Co. The producing will depend on if it is classified an oil or gas well. One is 3 and one is 4 times the annual income. As I remember they can help with all of it, but it has been several years ago that I had to deal with it .

Thanks, Ron. I'll call OTC tomorrow. I have production figures on all the wells.

Hello! In Section 4-16N-26W my family was offered lease terms of $300/acre, 3/16ths royalty for a 5 year term by Brent Johnson with Sand Dollar Exploration (405-641-1109). We own 30 acres. What do you think of these terms?

Cary I would not talk to him again. Here is what they have been ordered to offer in pooling around you.

Cary I may have to tone it down it a little . I am having a hard time finding wells in 16n-26w that would justify the offers in the poolings below. I'm still looking.

APACHE CORPORATION 6120 S. YALE AVENUE SUITE 1500 Tulsa, OK 7413

CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION L.L.C. P.O. BOX 18496 OKLAHOMA CITY, TX 73154

Apache gave 1/5th on some in 4, Chesapeake gave 1/4 on some in 6 & 7.

Both of them have filed leases in 4- 16n-26w this year .

Thank you, Ron, for the VERY good information.
