For the past 2 years I’ve received calls from a man named Ryan Hess wanting to present an offer on the mineral rights I own in Texas. I’ve chalked it up to scam/robo calls for the most part, as I am unaware I own any rights. Just to make sure, I did some light searching today and found the not knowing you have the rights happens frequently. Has anyone heard of Ryan Hess? A website search pulls up Halsell Oil & Gas in a LinkedIn profile, but the links to the company website do not work. I figure it is worth making sure it is/isn’t a real call/offer. Thanks in advance for your help.
