As a general rule, title companies do not run title to mineral rights. If there was no reservation in the conveyance into you, then you are possessed with whatever the grantor of the deed granted unto you.

If you are looking to sell 10 acres of land, list the land and reserve the mineral rights. If you have none, then you have honored your general warranty of title. If you have mineral rights of some percentage, then you have reserved them unto yourself.
