Does anyone have any experience with or recommendations for a mineral rights broker? I own all the mineral rights and 50% of the royalties on about 25 acres in central Texas. It is currently under lease and producing oil. I need to sell the rights and royalties, because I need the money. I occasionally get unsolicited offers in the mail, but I am skeptical of these companies.
