If a well was drilled 2 years ago in “Section 28” but the bottom hole is in “Section 21” with the exact Range of my lease which is 21 11N 21W. Do I have any rights to that 2 years of production? I live in Florida, pay my Oklahoma registry fees. We have had this lease for almost 3 years with zero communication. I ran across the well document in a slush pit article and my jaw hit the table. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
