I received an offer to run a temporary waterline across my property. They are offering a dollar per linear foot. Has anyone had this happen before and is this a fair offer?
Temporary water lines are common. Maybe someone on the forum can comment on the pricing. It would we wise to get a good surface attorney to look at the lease as you want protections from any leakage and damages if an accident happens.
