Question about Section 57, block 20 in Howard County

Hello! We have mineral rights in Section 57, Block 20 in Howard County. We are currently receiving royalties from a well on the adjacent block that is 100 feet away from our property. We are interested in leasing our part of 57, Block 20 but one Landman has told me that there might be a lease on this—how do I find out if there is still an active lease on our section? Thank you!
