They plan EMINENT DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE LAND NEEDED for transmission towers 180 feet tall and transmission lines. The new power plant has broken ground WEST OF BARSTOW, TX. We have an Austin Texas attorney working on this now!p

I bring this to the forum for knowledge as the entire power linevcan have an impact on our mineral rights And loss of use by the ROW, RIGHT OF WAY. Negotiations are continuing, some response deadlines have passed, more on Fed 25 & March?

Is the power honestly for “homes” or is it more for the “data centers” and “bitcoin”? Not to mention water usage. (Data centers are thirsty for Texas’ water, but state planners don’t know how much they will need - The Texas Tribune)

There are 47 pages of proposed routes to be taken across West Texas. Documents include forms to be a protester or Intervenor to the project!
The new gas fired power plant next to Barstow broke ground Dec late 2025 to be operational in 2029, cost estimated at $3 billion?
If you did not receive a packet by mail from ONCOR you/acreage may not be affected!

Just spoke to Kelly. Very nice lady and informative.The route won’t be officially confirmed until the decision is made on July 30 2026 as stated by Kelly. She did lead me to the mapping. My attorney is on stand by just in case.
JACK, the following Texas Counties are included in the power lines: CRANE, CROCKET, IRION. PECOS, REAGEN, REEVES, SCHLECHER, TOM GREEN, UPTON and WARD COUNTIES.
